At MyBa, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure a smooth experience.


📦 Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Custom or sale items are non-returnable.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us via email at support@myba.co.in with your order ID.
  2. Mention the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will either replace the item or offer you a full refund.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same, send us an email at support@myba.co.in and we’ll guide you through the process.
